From a humble beginning in 1987 to becoming a trusted leader in agricultural cold storage and processing, PK Cold Storage has been committed to innovation, sustainability, and farmer prosperity.

1987
A Vision for Change

Survir Agritech, part of P.K. Trading Company, started in the scrap business. After seeing farmers struggle with poor storage, we launched our cold storage solution to better preserve crops & reduce spoilage.

2004
Expansion

PK Cold Storage reached a major milestone with the establishment of its 11,000 MT storage capacity. Over the years, it became a trusted partner for top brands like McCain, and Hyfun.

2012
Growth

ith the launch of P.K. Potato Traders in 2012, We expanded to include a wide variety of products like potatoes, onions, and garlic. With an impressive capacity of 40,000 MT, the company collaborated with leading names like McCain Foods India, ITC, HyFun and Iscon Balaji.

2015
Tech Upgrade

Two additional storage units, Aaditya Hitech Cold Storage and Anmol Cold Storage, were established with advanced technology. We made our vision into a reality and expanded our storage capacity to 8,500 MT and 10,000 MT, respectively. These facilities continued to build relationships with global brands like McCain Foods India and Hyfun.

2020
A New Milestone

M.K. Cold Storage opened its doors in Deesa, Banaskantha, Gujarat, with an upgraded storage capacity of 11,000 MT. The unit continues to serve Hyfun and local farmers, contributing to the company’s ever-expanding presence.

2023
New Addition

The addition of Bans Agri Link brought another 7,500 MT of storage capacity to Survir Agritech, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry. This facility continues to serve as a key partner for Hyfun in Gujarat.

2024
New Ventures, Bigger Capacity

We launched Shradha Hitech & Rajlaxmi Cold Storage, with capacities of 7,500 MT and 8,000 MT, respectively. We also ventured into corporate farming with PK Mali Agri LLP, managing 260 acres for processing and table varieties to ensure high-quality produce at every stage.
